Job Description;
Flexsource are currently recruiting a Transport Coordinator for one of our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in South County Dublin.
This is an ongoing position for candidate fully flexible to cover day shifts and duties in busy transport office. Full training provided.
Job Title; Transport Coordinator
Key Responsibilities;
- Receiving and processing of customer orders
- Scheduling / planning / tracking drivers and deliveries
- Liaising with Drivers and Customers
- Ensuring Compliance and Safety are forefront of operation
- Looking after day to day transport duties
Key Requirements;
- High Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )
- Flexibility
Hours;
- Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2 Wednesday & Thursday
- 12 hours shifts 06:30 – 18:30 or 08:00 – 20:00 for weekends
Pay;
- €35,000 - €38,000 D.O.E.
