Job description:
Flexsource are currently recruiting a Transport Cover Clerk, for one of our clients based in North County Dublin.
This is an ongoing Full Time position and would be an immediate start for the correct candidate.
Job title: Transport Cover Clerk
Duties:
- Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork
- Check Driver Tacho and working hours
- Check Return Documentation
- Follow up on Delivery Issues
- Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
Requirements:
- High Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )
- Flexibility
Pay:
- Day Clerk duties - €15.30 p/h
- Night Clerk duties - €16.84 p/h
- Day Controller Duties - €15.85 p/h
- Night Controller Duties - €17.44 p/h
Shift Times:
- Full time hours with fully flexibility as this is cover position
- Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 and Night Sift 19:00 - 07:00
- Availability for short notice
