Stock Controller

Flexsource are currently seeking for Stock Controller for busy warehouse based in Rathcoole.

Job type:

• Full-time, ongoing role

Job Responsibilities:

• Completing the required paperwork for goods inward processing.
• Ensuring appropriate checks have been completed in comparing items received against items ordered.
• Updating stock information in the inventory management system.
• Matching goods inwards to suppler invoices and posting to appropriate systems.
• Maintaining records of pricing, purchases, and other relevant information.
• Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies.
• Develop a schedule of cycling counting and ensure compliance.
• Perform random checks and audits.
• Implementing or improving processes and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual stock take in cooperation with the relevant departments and to comply with external auditing requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience industry relevant inventory management systems.
• Applicants must hold a valid Stamp 4 visa or equivalent residency permit.
• Experience in a similar position in the industry/market is desirable but not essential.
