Job Description; 

Flexsource are currently recruiting for Logistics Administrator role for our client, one of the largest transport companies in Ireland, based North Dublin

As a member of a diligent and cooperative team, this is an engaging and diverse position. Within the logistics team in Dublin, your role as a logistics administrator will encompass all facets of the business, including stock control, important account activities, and support for administrative tasks.

Job Title; Logistics Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• To serve as the primary logistics accounts contact.
• Inform clients about stock levels and stock management.
• To assist in making sure the warehouse operates safely and effectively in relation to the goods.
• To participate in any work that management may assign to enhance the operation's utilisation or service enhancements.
• Help with the organization and sorting of newly arrived stock.
• Participation in the development and execution of the company's priorities, policies, and goals is required.
• To cooperate with training requirements and ensure refreshers are planned and followed up.
• Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Strive to surpass expectations and cultivate a solid rapport with customers.
• Any further ad hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements;

• Experience of working within Transport / Customer Service / Data Entry / Warehouse Operations
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding precision and focus on details.
• Prior expertise with end-of-month processing and customer billing.

Hours; 

• Monday to Friday
• Operating between 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Flexibility is required depending on the needs of the business.
