Flexsource are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for our clients based in Stillorgan
Our Client is a multinational hotel chain, who is looking to expand their current workforce within their location in Stillorgan.
- Preparation and presentation of all food for designated areas.
- Maintain the high standards of cookery as laid down by the company.
- Help Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu review and costing of the same.
- Ordering the hotels food requirements in Head Chef and Sous Chefs absence or when directed.
- Demonstrate excellent personal hygiene.
- nsure cleanliness of the kitchen in all subordinate’s work methods.
- Assist and carry out all HACCP controls as required under legislation.
- Ensure all paperwork with regard to HACCP is completed
- Friendly and professional work attitude
- Fluent English essential - written and spoken
- Must be available to work variable shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Previous experience not required as full training is provided
Salary: €30.000- €34.500 DOE
Shift: 5 over 7 days
