Flexsource currently have a number of roles available for Chef of all levels across North & South Dublin. 


Our clients have open roles for Temporary/Flexible and Permanent staff within their business & are looking to speak with experienced Chefs that may be interested in a change or have availability within their current schedule. 


Main Duties:

  • Working in line with HACCP requirements
  • To ensure the standard of food is produced of the highest possible standard
  • To be diligent in all aspects of your role
  • To maintain your relevant section to the highest possible standard e.g. Food production, cleaning
  • To follow instructions of head chef / sous chef with absolute co-operation in regard to menu/ food/ cleaning operations
  • To work in all areas of the kitchen operation where the head chef/ sous chef may place you with total flexibility
  • To be punctual for every shift
  • Ensuring that at all times you are clean and presentable at all times


  • Min. 2 years working in a fast paced kitchen
  • HACCP Trained Level 2
  • Flexibility for weekend & midweek work is required.
  • Valid Full Time Working Permit

Salary: between €14 - €18 Per Hour


Shift: Morning, Evening & Weekend work
