Flexsource are currently recruiting for an Area Manager for one of Ireland's Fastest Growing Retail Jewellery Businesses.

Role Description:

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of multiple retail locations. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service across our stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across your area.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Manage area budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
  • Recruitment and Retention - creating and motivating strong teams across our locations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar area management position within the retail sector or jewellery industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing and leading multi-store retail operations.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales background with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
