Job to hire an experienced Chemical Plant Manufacturing Operator for their West Dublin Facility. This job is with a world leader in the chemical industry for an 11 month contract on a rotating 3 shift pattern.
Job Purpose
Based in the Chemical Manufacturing Department, the job will involve a variety of processing duties in a fast moving technical environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of the position
• Manufacturing bulk Adhesives
• Check and record process conditions including quantities of materials used
• Pump raw materials and drummed sludge to tanks as required
• Use VDU based systems & equipment.
Candidate Specification
• Previous experience working in the chemical or related industry is a necessity for this job
• Candidates with previous experience in the Hazardous Waste industries would also be suitable for this job.
• Further Certificate/Diploma science based education and experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a GMP environment or related jobs in Manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
• A strong technical inclination
• A good work ethic and shows enthusiasm
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
