Hotel Business Development Manager

Flexsource 83 Merrion Square Dublin 2, Ireland.

Business Development Manager required for urgent fill in the Dublin West region in a well known 4* Hotel.

The Ideal candidates must possess the following :

Business Development Manager

· Increase sales volume's by securing new business whilst maintaining the present client base.
· Maximise room, F&B, M&E and the Leisure club at all times.
· Promote the hotel at every opportunity through a sales and marketing plan and PR opportunities.
· Targets need to be met and budget achieved.
· Competitor analysis with action plans to meet specific objectives.
· Field based role with 1-2 days in office.
· Mileage & Food allowance given also.

Requirements:

· Need a full clean Driving Licience
· At least 2 years experience in a similar role with a hotel/hospitality environment.
· Own Car

Salary:

· 35,000
